Children often feel emotions intensely but may not know how to understand or manage those feelings. This program teaches children how emotions work, how they appear in the body, and how to respond in healthy ways.
Through structured activities and guided discussions, children learn to recognise emotional rejiggers, regulate their responses and build stronger emotional resilience.

Expression & Communication Lab focuses on helping children develop clear thinking, confident speaking and effective communication skills, especially in public.
Many children have ideas but struggle to organise their thoughts or express them clearly. This program helps students learn how to structure their ideas, communicate confidently, and express themselves in a way others can understand.
Students practice organising thoughts, speaking in front of others and communicating ideas with clarity and confidence.
